I'm 6 feet tall, 180lbs (maybe after Thanksgiving dinner), and I have trouble filling out the shoulders in a "smedium" t-shirt. But that doesn't mean I can't be strong. Don't be confused: this blog is not about how a hard gainer can pack on the pounds. It's unhealthy to put on useless weight, and quite frankly, I haven't figured out how to do it.
